This is
the former home of Judge Albert Henderson, designed by Worsick
and erected in 1930 for a cost of $10,000. This painting was
created by my father, Cliff Segerblom in 1989. For more information,
it is featured at the Preservation
Association of Clark County and in the Guide
to Historic Las Vegas. My
office is also featured in the book: 'Las
Vegas - THEN AND NOW", page 131.

Lush landscaping
now surrounds the Mission-style home on Ninth street, but its
exterior has changed little in seventy years. No longer a private
residence, it now houses the law office of Richard Segerblom,
and remains one of the architectural gems of the Las Vegas High
School neighborhood.
This area
dates from the '30s and is the oldest remaining neighborhood
in Las Vegas. It is listed on the National register as a historic
district.
